La formation en dermato-allergologie pédiatrique, née sous l’impulsion des Pr. LARREGUE et MALEVILLE il y a 20 ans par l’organisation d’un cours annuel de 7 jours à Arcachon s’est structurée sous la forme d’une société nationale et inernationale dont les buts essentiels ont consisté à établir des consensus pédiatriques diagnostiques et thérapeutiques et procéder à une information permanente des spécialistes lors de journées, congrès et multiples réunions post-universitaires.
Dans les Bouches-du-Rhône, l’Association pour le Développement de la Dermatologie Pédiatrique (A.D.D.P.) sert de relais à cette dynamique par des réunions mensuelles et une journée annuelle depuis 14 ans, animées par les membres de la société.
La naissance d’un réseau de soins centré sur la dermatite atopique (Réseau Atopie-provence) en 1997 a permis de définir un besoin de formation spécifique des participants en matière d’allergologie. Ainsi depuis 2 ans un cycle de formation allergologique complète le programme de l’A.D.D.P. sous la forme de 5 séances annuelles co-organisées par les associations de Formation médicale Continue pédiatriques et dermatologiques.
La formation des participants au réseau revêt, grâce à cette organisation, un caractère global et coordonné capable d’assurer une meilleure prise en charge des enfants.
Dans notre intervention, nous exposerons :
&Mac183; L’organisation de la formation avec mention particulière sur l’indispensable collaboration avec l’Université ;
&Mac183; L’estimation du bénéfice prévisionnel pour les participants dans leur pratique quotidienne ;
&Mac183; Les limites et espoirs pour l’avenir d’une formation essentiellement destinée à mieux soigner les enfants allergiques.

Continuing education in pediatric allergodermatology started with the actions of Pr. LARREGUE and MALEVILLE 20 years ago : they set up an annual one week course in Arcachon which leads to the constitution of a national and an international scientific society whose main aims are to establish pediatric consensus on diagnose and treatments and deliver a pertinent continuing education by a continuous information of physicians in various postgraduate meetings.
In Bouches-du-Rhône area, the Association pour le Développement de la Dermatologie Pédiatrique (A.D.D.P.) constitutes a relay of this project by the mean of monthly meetings and an annual one-day meeting since 14 years.
In 1997 setting up of a health care network on atopic dermatitis (Réseau Atopie-provence) allowed to identify a specific education need for members in allergology. So since 2 years an education cycle in allergology is added to the A.D.D.P. program with 5 annual sessions coorganised by medical postgraduate groups in pediatrics and dermatology. So training os network members is global and organised, which is mandatory to access to a better care of children.

&Mac183; Hopes and limits of this kind of approach of acre to allergic children.
