Timo von Focht – Country Manager Germany, Austria and Switzerland
Timo began his career at Infraforces in Paris. He supervised various panels in the IT sector. He then became Germany account manager for Compubase in Paris where he was responsible for all German speaking countries.
Since 2005, Timo has been living and working out of Munich. He held a key account manager position for CNET Direct and since 2007 has been the key account manager online for Chip Xonio Online GmbH.
Timo graduated from the University of Passau (Germany) in international business and in languages.
He is trilingual, German, French and English. He is fluent in Italian and has basics of Spanish

Walid Robert Norris, Country Manager United Kingdom & Ireland
Walid Robert has over 6 years experience working in online marketing and customer centricity initiatives. With a focus on driving measurable sales, he has experience of both designing online strategy and the day-to-day challenges of running online campaigns in a multi-country environment. His areas of expertise include: Web Analytics, Community Marketing, Customer Retention, Online Campaign Management and the acclaimed Net Promoter Score methodology.
With a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Business Commerce from The University of Birmingham’s Business School, Walid Robert started his career in Brussels at Sony Europe heading up the online and community marketing activities of Sony’s flagship entertainment robot products. He then moved to Sony Europe’s online store to design and implement the traffic generation and customer retention programmes. After a move to London, he worked as a management consultant at BMW Group focusing on online marketing and ecommerce.
Walid Robert is multilingual, native in English, French and Italian.
