Profiling, as defined in the GDPR, is automated processing of personal data which consists of using this personal data to evaluate certain aspects of the person (data subject) in question, and analyse or predict his/her interests, behaviour, and other attributes. For the official GDPR definition of “profiling”, please see Article 4.4 of the GDPR.
AT Internet does not carry out profiling activities with its analytics data. The GDPR requires a data protection impact assessment (DPIA) to be carried out whenever profiling activities are done.
