Reports application

Unlimited filtering for your data

Get new insights from your analyses by applying custom filters. Get a segmented view of user behaviour on any dimension-type element. You can set up new exploration possibilities using the Report Manager application; these custom filters can involve “general” dimensions (countries, devices, entry pages, identified visitor category…), customised dimensions (site variables, order variables…) or even fully custom dimensions.

To enable these filters, open an analysis in the Report Manager app, and click the “+ Filters” button at the top-right of your screen. Then, select the dimension to be used. Remember to save your report so that your edits are visible to all users with whom you’ve shared the report.

Tweak your reports, down to the millimetre

Easily adjust and save your reports, while maintaining the column width in your tables in the Reports app. To do this, start by setting the column width as you’d like, then save the report. The changes will be visible immediately for all users who have access to the report.

Dashboards application

Deepen your retention analysis

The retention graph for sites and applications is now available for Level 2 sites. True sub-sites in their own right, Level 2s let you refine your performance management and detect new opportunities.

As a reminder, the retention graph lets you compare different groups of users at a glance, and evaluate the efficiency of a particular factor (like a campaign, event, specific content…). Choose the right granularity (day or week) and study recurring usage.
