CHALLENGE

OVH is one of the world’s leaders in cloud computing. The company has 27 websites and responsive mobile sites worldwide. OVH’s different digital assets are its main acquisition channel; this integrated digital ecosystem is therefore a strong driver of business. Working with AT Internet, OVH was able to overcome several challenges related to data exploitation, around 3 key themes:

  • boosting conversions on its website
  • re-engaging abandoned shopping carts
  • continuous UX improvement

 

RESULTS

Each department within OVH (marketing, sales, product, UX, …) must take ownership of data to drive the business forward. To enable this, AT Internet digital analytics data is injected into the various tools OVH uses, resulting in benefits like:
